Warranty Policy

Purchases come with a one (1) year Distributor Limited Warranty unless otherwise stated and no shipping coverage for mail-in Depot Repair. Any system that is sent in for repairs, that are the result of faulty hardware added by anyone other than Gigatech Gadgets and the Distributor will not be covered under the Warranty and will be charged a diagnostic fee for testing & diagnostics including the actual repair. Physical damage (liquid damage, physical abuse, etc.) will void the Distributor Warranty. Barebone batteries and power adapters are warranted through the manufacturer. Any reports of missing/damaged items need to be reported within 5-days of delivery. When returns are set up for External Accessories purchased, they must be returned unopened in their original retail package to be eligible for a refund. 

 

Procedures for Obtaining Warranty Service

If repairs are required, the customer must provide proof of purchase. Any shipping costs on any item returned for repair is the customers' responsibility, unless specifically indicated otherwise. All returned parts must include a letter detailing the problems and a copy of the original proof of purchase.

Governing Law 

This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any litigation under this agreement shall be resolved in the trial courts of Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction on this matter.
