Refund policy
Unless otherwise stated, purchases have a 5-day return policy, which means you have five (5) days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange for items that are not determined as factory defective by the manufacturer or Gigatech Gadgets. When a Free Shipping coupon/promo is offered, it is deducted from the product's price and shipping is always charged on all items shipped. Shipping is non-refundable. If you are sending your order back for a return, you must ship the products to Gigatech Gadgets in its original packaging with complete accessories and bundles, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any system that is sent in for repairs, that are the result of faulty hardware added by anyone other than Gigatech Gadgets, will not be covered under the Warranty and will be charged a diagnostic fee for testing & diagnostics including the actual repair. Physical damage (liquid damage, physical abuse, etc.) will void the Gigatech Gadgets Warranty. Barebone batteries and power adapters are warranted through the manufacturer. Any reports of missing/damaged items need to be reported within one (1) week of delivery. When returns are set up for External Accessories purchased, they must be returned unopened in their original retail package to be eligible for a refund.
From time to time promotional items are offered for Free during promotional periods. The price of these items is taken out of the price of the laptop/PC and provided as a Promotional Item. In the event of a return for a refund, the price of the item will be deducted from the refund if the Laptop/PC is returned. Additionally, sometimes promotions or discounts are offered on the manufacturer which requires shipment to Gigatech Gadgets. In the event an order is canceled after departure from the manufacturer, the shipping fees back to the manufacturer will be taken out of the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Cancellations
Reservation fees or initial payments are non-refundable. Unless otherwise stated, item/s ordered must be completed in two (2) weeks' time by settling all remaining balances or else the order will be considered as canceled. Canceled orders take 24-48 business hours to complete. If shipment takes place before cancellation is completed, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Any order(s) canceled are subject to a 15% cancellation fee due to the high amount of labor involved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
